1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Diffusion's website, services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Diffusion, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. Services Provided
Diffusion provides the following services:
- Sale of new and refurbished laptops, mobile phones, and accessories
- Purchase of used devices from customers
- Device repair and maintenance services
- Trade-in services for eligible devices
- Technical training and education programs
- Device upgrades (RAM, SSD, screens, etc.)
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Purchases & Payments
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- EFT/Bank transfer
- Cash (in-store only)
- Mobile payment solutions
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order but confirms we have received it. Acceptance only occurs when we dispatch the product to you.
5. Repair Services
Repair Estimates
All repair estimates are provisional and subject to change upon physical inspection of the device. You will be notified of any price changes before work commences.
Data Protection
While we take reasonable precautions, Diffusion is not responsible for any data loss during repairs. Customers must backup their data before submitting devices for repair.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion notification may be disposed of or sold to recover costs. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before disposal.
Repair Warranty
Repaired parts carry a 30-day warranty from the date of repair completion, covering defects in workmanship only.
6. Warranties & Returns
Product Warranties
- New products: Manufacturer's warranty applies
- Refurbished products: 90-day Diffusion warranty
- Used products: 30-day Diffusion warranty
- Accessories: 14-day warranty
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if:
- The product is in original condition with all packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- The product has not been damaged or modified
- The product is not a clearance or final sale item
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective products.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to:
- Collection of personal information for service delivery
- Storage of information on secure servers
- Use of cookies for website functionality
- Communication regarding orders, services, and promotions
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Diffusion or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diffusion shall not be liable for:

- Third-party actions or omissions
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services will cease immediately
- Outstanding obligations remain in effect
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions regarding liability, warranties, and disputes survive termination
11. Changes to Terms
Diffusion reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We recommend reviewing these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
